Boerenhof Camp, Slovakia

Very pleasant camp but our stay was spoilt by very heavy rain all day long. There is electricity and water, a kitchen and toilets and showers. The lady owner was very pleasant and helpful. It is reputed to be the best campsite in Slovakia. We’ve not tried others but would recommend this place. The only problem we had was that the whole area is grass and because of the torrential rain it began to churn up here and there. But do come here when it’s dry.

Grassy campsite with some level areas behind a Pension and restaurant. Very nice setting. Toilets (when fully open), wifi in reception, electricity. Peaceful and a 5 minute drive to the ancient town of Levoca. We paid €12.50 because we did not use electricity.
